Дан- ный факт не может не вызывать пристального внимания к отсутствующему при классической хирургии временному повышению внутрибрюшного давления.</p><p>Связанные с повышением внутрибрюшного давления изменения системы кровообращения, дыхания и мочевыделения изучены достаточно хорошо, однако лишь небольшое количество работ посвящены изучению органа зрения.В нескольких зарубежных исследованиях была отмечена связь между изменениями внутрибрюшного  давления и колебаниями внутриглазного давления, но эти результаты противоречивы и носят дискутабельный характер.</p><p>В данном обзоре представлено современное представление о концепции внутрибрюшного давления, причинах его изменения, а также влияния данных из- менений на организм человека в целом и на орган  зрения в частности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Laparoscopic surgery has an undoubtable advantage over classical abdominal surgery with large incisions. Hence the constant increase of the laparoscopic surgery share in abdominal surgery throughout the world. Laparoscopic surgery is also characterized by a temporary increase of intra-abdominal pressure, absent in classical surgery.</p><p>Changes in cardiovascular, respiratory and renal systems associated with the said increase of intra-abdominal pressure have been studied, but there is only a small amount of works devoted to the study of visual system in same circumstances.A connection between intra-abdominal pressure changes and fluctuations in intraocular pressure has been mentioned in several studies, but the results presented in different studies are contradictory and have a debatable character.</p><p>This literature review presents a modern view of the concept of intra-abdominal pressure, the causes of its change, as well as the effect of these changes on the human body and particularly on the organ of vision.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>внутриглазное давление</kwd><kwd>внутрибрюшное давление</kwd><kwd>офтальмотонус</kwd><kwd>диск зрительного нерва</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>intraocular pressure</kwd><kwd>intra-abdominal pressure</kwd><kwd>optic nerve head</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Adisa A.O., Onakpoya O.H., Adenekan A.T., Awe O.O.
