Несмотря на это, только своевременно выполненное хирургическое вмешательство создает условия для сохранения зрительных функций у больных первичной открытоугольной глаукомой. Хирургические и лазерные вмешательства — наиболее часто выполняемые операции при первичной глаукоме. Но при этом важным остается риск развития ряда осложнений, приводящих к снижению эффективности проводимого лечения. Среди наиболее частых послеоперационных осложнений справедливо выделяют избыточное рубцевание вновь созданных путей оттока внутриглазной жидкости, которое в 15-45% случаях приводит к повышению внутриглазного давления в разные сроки после хирургического вмешательства. В ряде случаев при внешне сопоставимой клинической картине до операции послеоперационный период имеет существенные различия.</p><p>Важное значение имеет разработка критериев прогнозирования послеоперационного течения, частоты и характера осложнений и создание комплекса мер для предупреждения и устранения причин, приводящих к неуспеху антиглаукомных операций. Среди возможных причин можно рассматривать хроническую герпесвирусную инфекцию, роль которой в исходе антиглаукомных вмешательств изучена недостаточно.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In recent years, the stock of therapeutic agents for glaucoma treatment has been supplemented with new effective drugs. Despite this, only timely surgical intervention creates the conditions for the preservation of visual functions in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma. Surgical and laser interventions are the most frequently performed operations in primary glaucoma. But the risk of complications that lead to treatment efficacy decrease remains an important factor. Excessive scarring of the newly created intraocular fluid outflow pathways is one of the most frequent postoperative complications, which in 15-45% of cases leads to intraocular pressure level increase at different timepoints after surgery. Postoperative periods in different patients may have significant differences, despite a comparable clinical picture prior to the surgery.</p><p>Developing the criteria for predicting postoperative course, frequency and nature of complications, as well as a set of measures to prevent and eliminate the causes that lead to glaucoma surgery failure is a question of the utmost importance.
