Провести анализ патологических изменений параметров диска зрительного нерва и параметров перипапиллярной и макулярной области сетчатки в группах глаз с препериметрической глаукомой.</p></sec><sec><title>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Обследовано 57 пациентов с препериметрической глаукомой (33 глаза) и контрольной группы (24 глаза). Были использованы методы Гейдельбергской лазерной ретинотомографии (HRT) и оптической когерентной томографии (ОСТ), компьютерные программы которых позволяли проводить цветную кодировку всех патологических параметров.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Были выделены 3 подгруппы патологических аналогичных параметров, показавших различные между результатами HRT и ОСТ: а) с равнозначными результатами по данным обоих методов, б) с преимуществом метода HRT и в) с преимуществом метода ОСТ.</p></sec><sec><title>ВЫВОДЫ</title><p>ВЫВОДЫ. Методы HRT и ОСТ при исследовании параметров ДЗН и прилежащей сетчатки при глаукоме, дополняя друг друга, позволяют лучше понять происходящие процессы при глаукоме.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>PURPOSE</title><p>PURPOSE: To analyze pathological alterations of the parameters of the optic disc as well as peripapillar and macular zones of the retina in preperimetric glaucoma patients.</p></sec><sec><title>MATERIALS AND METHODS</title><p>MATERIALS AND METHODS: 57 patients with preperimetric glaucoma (33 eyes) and control group (24 eyes) were examined. We used HRT and OCT methods and computer software to perform color-coding of all pathological parameters.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS: Pathologically similar parameters that showed different relations between HRT and OCT results were divided into 3 subgroups: a) with equivalent results according to both methods; b) with the advantage of HRT method; c) with the advantage of OCT method.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSIONS</title><p>CONCLUSIONS: When examining the parameters of OD and attached retina, HRT and OCT methods complemented each other, which allowed a better understanding of the processes occurring in glaucoma.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>диск зрительного нерва</kwd><kwd>препериметрическая глаукома</kwd><kwd>оптическая когерентная томография</kwd><kwd>Гейдельбергская лазерная ретинотомография</kwd><kwd>перипапиллярная сетчатка</kwd><kwd>ганглиозные клетки макулы</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>optic disc</kwd><kwd>preperimetric glaucoma</kwd><kwd>optical coherence tomography</kwd><kwd>Heidelberg laser retinal tomography</kwd><kwd>peripapillar retina</kwd><kwd>macular ganglion cells</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Rossetti L., Digiuni M., Giovanni M. et al.
