Существует множество разновидностей хирургических операций при глаукоме. Среди осложнений хирургии глаукомы важное место занимает отслойка сосудистой оболочки, которая может развиваться как интраоперационно, так и в послеоперационном периоде. В странах СНГ широко распространена профилактическая задняя трепанация склеры (ЗТС) с целью предотвращения цилиохориоидальной отслойки. Результаты клинических исследований последних лет, представленные в этом обзоре, демонстрируют отсутствие доказательной базы для проведения ЗТС с целью профилактики развития отслойки сосудистой оболочки. Выполнение данного хирургического вмешательства оправдано в послеоперационном периоде при развившейся цилиохориоидальной отслойке при отсутствии эффекта от медикаментозной терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Glaucoma is the leading cause of irreversible blindness worldwide. There are many varieties of glaucoma surgery. Among the complications of glaucoma surgery, an important place is occupied by the detachment of the choroid, which can develop both intraoperatively and in the postoperative period. In the CIS countries, prophylactic posterior trepanation of the sclera (PTS) is widespread in order to prevent ciliochoroid detachment. The results of recent clinical trials presented in this review demonstrate the lack of evidence for the implementation of PTS to prevent the development of choroid detachment.
