Проводили исследование клинико-функционального состояния 137 глаз 137 больных с ПОУГ до и в различные сроки после экстракции катаракты с имплантацией ИОЛ. Пациенты были разделены на две группы: основную составили 69 пациентов (69 глаз), которым выполняли лазерную экстракцию катаракты, группу сравнения — 68 пациентов (68 глаз), которым проводили ультразвуковую факоэмульсификацию.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Реактивная офтальмогипертензия после лазерной экстракции у пациентов с ПОУГ развилась в 23,5% случаев, что статистически значимо меньше (p&lt;0,05), чем после ультразвуковой факоэмульсификации (40%). При реактивной офтальмогипертензии после удаления катаракты у пациентов с ПОУГ компенсация внутриглазного давления и зрительная реабилитация заняли меньше времени в случаях применения технологии лазерной экстракции катаракты.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Технология лазерной экстракции катаракты по сравнению с ультразвуковой факоэмульсификацией является более безопасным методом хирургии катаракты для пациентов с глаукомой. Это объясняется отсутствием негативного влияния лазерной энергии на связанные с гидродинамикой структуры глаза.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>PURPOSE</title><p>PURPOSE: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Nd:YAG 1.44 μm laser cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in eyes with coexisting primary openangle glaucoma.</p></sec><sec><title>MATERIALS AND METHODS</title><p>MATERIALS AND METHODS: 137 glaucomatous eyes had Nd:YAG laser cataract extraction surgery (study group) or ultrasound phacoemulsification (control group). Intraocular pressure and visual functions were evaluated postoperatively.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS: Among patients with primary open-angle glaucoma, the number of cases of early ocular hypertension was less after laser cataract extraction (23.5% of eyes) than the number of cases of ocular hypertension after conventional phacoemulsification (40.0%, p&lt;0.05). Furthermore, patients with primary open-angle glaucoma after laser cataract extraction had a better response to the intraocular pressure lowering therapy and shorter visual recovery period compared with those who had phacoemulsification.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION: Laser cataract extraction (Nd:YAG, 1.44 μm) is a safe and preferable method for cataract surgery in glaucomatous eyes.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>лазерная экстракция катаракты</kwd><kwd>Nd:YAG</kwd><kwd>1</kwd><kwd>44 мкм</kwd><kwd>реактивная офтальмогипертензия</kwd><kwd>катаракта и глаукома</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>laser cataract extraction</kwd><kwd>Nd:YAG 1.44 μm</kwd><kwd>cataract and glaucoma</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Fine I.H., Packer M., Hoffman R.S.
