Оценить эффективность применения 1% раствора бринзоламида (Бринекс-М) и его комбинации с 0,5% раствором тимолола малеата (Бринарга) в лечении больных первичной открытоугольной глаукомой (ПОУГ).</p></sec><sec><title>МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МЕТОДЫ. Обследованы 56 пациентов (56 глаз) с начальной и развитой стадиями ПОУГ с нормальными или умеренно повышенными значениями внутриглазного давления (ВГД). Определяли индивидуально переносимое (толерантное) ВГД, показатели гидродинамики, по данным компьютерной офтальмосфигмографии показатели гемодинамики глаза, исследовали микрогемоциркуляцию по данным оптической когерентной томографии в режиме ангиографии (ОКТ-А) диска зрительного нерва.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Гипотензивный эффект 1% раствора бринзоламида (Бринекс-М) у больных с начальной стадией ПОУГ (23 глаза) через 3 мес. составил 22,5%. Гипотензивный эффект Бринарги у больных с начальной и развитой стадиями ПОУГ (33 глаза) был равен 31,3% и сохранялся в течение 3 мес. наблюдения.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Снижение ВГД до индивидуально переносимого уровня сопровождалось улучшением показателей гемодинамики глаза, микрогемоциркуляции диска зрительного нерва и стабилизацией зрительных функций у больных глаукомой.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>PURPOSE</title><p>PURPOSE. To evaluate the effectiveness of 1% brinzolamide solution (Brineks-M) and its combination with 0.5% timolol maleate solution (Brinarga) in the treatment of patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG).</p></sec><sec><title>METHODS</title><p>METHODS. The study involved 56 patients (56 eyes) with initial or moderate POAG and normal or moderately increased intraocular pressure. Individually tolerated IOP, hydrodynamic parameters, hemodynamic parameters of the eye (by computer ophthalmoplethysmography), microcirculation (by OCT angiography of the optic nerve head) were determined during the study.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. The hypotensive effect of 1% brinzolamide solution (Brineks-M) in patients with the early stage of POAG (23 eyes) after 3 months was 22.5%. The antihypertensive effect of Brinarga in patients with early and moderate stages of POAG (33 eyes) was 31.3% and persisted for 3 months of observation.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION.
