ХК ассоциированы с дистрофическими заболеваниями сетчатки, что, по всей вероятности, связано с дисфункцией хорикапилляров и нарушением трофики сетчатки. Чаще всего ХК являются исходом пахихориоидальных состояний и возрастной макулярной дегенерации.  Пациент Д., 63 года, обратился с жалобами на постепенное снижение остроты зрения правого глаза в течение нескольких лет, из анамнеза было известно о наличии глаукомы правого глаза. По данным обследования было установлено, что причиной снижения зрения явилась частичная атрофия наружных слоев сетчатки, ассоциированная с ХК, локализованной в верхне-назальном секторе перифовеа и в фовеа. Предположительно, сформированная ХК явилась исходом хронической центральной серозной хориоретинопатии, так как имелись признаки пахихориодального состояния в обоих глазах пациента: неравномерное утолщение хориоидеи, расширение сосудов слоя Галлера, истончение слоя хориокапилляров, наличие пахихориоидальной пигментной эпителиопатии в левом глазу. В нем также была выявлена глаукома. Дефицит хорикапиллярного кровотока, маркером которого явилась ХК, был расценен как неблагоприятный прогностический фактор развития глаукомы у данного пациента, что подтверждалось более выраженным глаукомным процессом именно в глазу с ХК по сравнению с парным глазом.</p></abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Хориоидальная каверна</kwd><kwd>пахихориодальные состояния</kwd><kwd>глаукома</kwd><kwd>центральная серозная хориоретинопатия</kwd><kwd>спектральная ОКТ</kwd><kwd>SWEPT-Source OКТ</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Sakurada Y., Leong B.C.S., Parikh R., Fragiotta S., Freund K.B.
