Ряд хирургов предпочитают сочетать факоэмульсификацию с фильтрующей хирургией или используют циклодеструктивный подход, однако учитывая, что основной отток внутриглазной жидкости проходит через трабекулярный аппарат глаза, то хирургия шлеммова канала является наиболее актуальной и патогенетически обоснованной. В статье приведены основные хирургические подходы, воздействующие на трабекулярный аппарат в сочетании с факоэмульсификацией, представлены собственные хирургические разработки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In modern ophthalmic surgery, the "gold standard" recognized by most surgeons is ultrasound cataract phacoemulsification, which can’t be said about its antiglaucoma component. Some surgeons prefer to combine phacoemulsification with a filtering surgery, or follow the cyclodestructive approach, but taking into account that the main aqueous humor outflow pathway is through the trabecular meshwork, interventions on the Schlemm’s canal are the most relevant and pathogenetically valid.
