Оценить эффективность дренажной хирургии при первичной ювенильной открытоугольной глаукоме. МЕТОДЫ. На базе глазного центра «Восток-Прозрение» были обследованы 16 пациентов с глаукомой. Средний возраст составил 40,2±13,5 лет. Всем пациентам было выполнено стандартное офтальмологическое обследование, включая дополнительные методы в динамике. Всем пациентам проведена непроникающая глубокая склерэктомия (НГСЭ) с установкой дренажа Ксенопласт. В двух случаях выполнено комбинированное вмешательство: НГСЭ и факоэмульсификация с имплантацией интраокулярной линзы (ФЭК+ИОЛ). В сроки до года после операции всем пациентам была проведена YAGлазерная десцеметогониопунктура (ДГП).</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Во всех случаях в послеоперационном периоде не было отмечено осложнений, в отдаленном послеоперационном периоде был достигнут целевой уровень ВГД, число используемых гипотензивных препаратов сократилось до 1–3.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. НГСЭ с имплантацией дренажа Ксенопласт у пациентов молодого возраста с диагнозом первичная ювенильная открытоугольная глаукома обладает высокой эффективностью и приводит к стабилизации ВГД и структурно-функциональных показателей ДЗН в течение длительного периода (3–5 лет).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>PURPOSE</title><p>PURPOSE. To evaluate the efficacy of drainage surgery in primary juvenile open-angle glaucoma.</p></sec><sec><title>METHODS</title><p>METHODS. The study included 16 patients with glaucoma, they were examined at the East Sight Recovery eye care center. The mean age was 40.2±13.5 years. All patients underwent a standard ophthalmological examination, including additional methods in dynamics. All patients underwent non-penetrating deep sclerectomy (NPDS) with Xenoplast drainage. In two cases, a combined procedure was performed: NPDS and phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation (Phaco+IOL). Within a year after surgery, all patients underwent YAG laser goniopuncture of the Descemet's membrane (Descemet's goniopuncture; DGP).</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. There were no complications in the postoperative period in any of the studied cases, target IOP level was achieved in the long-term postoperative period, and the number of hypotensive drugs used was reduced to 1–3.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSIONS</title><p>CONCLUSIONS.
