Оценить возможность кератотопографического исследования в диагностике стабильности прероговичной слезной пленки.</p></sec><sec><title>МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МЕТОДЫ. Случайным образом были отобраны пациенты, получавшие местную гипотензивную терапию, и пациенты с вновь выявленной первичной открытоугольной глаукомой (ПОУГ), которым была выполнена селективная лазерная трабекулопластика (СЛТ). Всем пациентам определяли время разрыва слезной пленки (ВРСП) и дисфункцию мейбомиевых желез. Использовали кератотопограф CSO Sirius+ с программным обеспечением, решающим задачи диагностики синдрома «сухого» глаза.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. У пациентов, получавших топическую терапию в течение различных сроков (от 3 месяцев до 10 лет) получены убедительные свидетельства нарушения ВРСП, указывающие на наличие синдрома «сухого» глаза. У пациентов, которым была выполнена СЛТ и которые не получали медикаментозного лечения, этот показатель находился в пределах нормы.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Предварительные результаты сравнительного исследования применения кератотопографического исследования в диагностике синдрома «сухого» глаза для оценки стабильности слезной пленки показали информативность метода и его преимущества по сравнению с используемыми методиками (тест Ширмера, проба Норна).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>PURPOSE</title><p>PURPOSE. To evaluate the potential of corneal topography analysis in assessment of the precorneal tear film stability.</p></sec><sec><title>METHODS</title><p>METHODS. The study included two groups of randomly selected participants: patients receiving topical hypotensive therapy, and patients with newly diagnosed primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) who had underwent selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT). All study participants underwent measurement of tear break-up time (TBUT) and meibomian gland dysfunction. The CSO Sirius+ topographer with software designed for diagnosing dry eye syndrome was used.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. Patients who had been on topical therapy for various durations (ranging from 3 months to 10 years) demonstrated significant evidence of reduced TBUT, indicating the presence of dry eye syndrome. In contrast, patients who underwent SLT without receiving medication had TBUT values within normal limits.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION.
