Исследовать показатели сосудистого эндотелиального фактора роста (Vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF) слезы при глаукоме и гипертензивной патологии беременности.</p></sec><sec><title>МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МЕТОДЫ. В исследование включены 44 участника: 7 беременных женщин с физиологически протекавшей беременностью без осложнений, 12 пациенток с диагнозом умеренная (8 женщин) и тяжелая (4 женщины) преэклампсия, 19 беременных пациенток с хронической артериальной гипертензией I, II; группу сравнения с глазной патологией составили 6 пациентов с далекозашедшей стадией первичной открытоугольной глаукомы, госпитализированных для хирургического вмешательства в связи с отсутствием компенсации офтальмотонуса. После стандартного офтальмологического и акушерского обследований пациентам был выполнен забор слезы по оригинальной методике для исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Уровень VEGF слезы статистически значимо выше в группе преэклампсии, в группе беременных с хронической артериальной гипертензией и при глаукоме по сравнению с физиологически протекающей беременностью. Кроме того, при преэклампсии показатель был выше, чем при артериальной гипертензии. Недостоверные отличия получены при сравнении групп преэклампсии и глаукомы.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. При преэклампсии и глаукоме показатели VEGF слезы статистически значимо выше. Уровень VEGF слезы имеет достоверные отличия при физиологической беременности и беременности на фоне хронической артериальной гипертензии. Изучение уровня VEGF слезы является перспективным как при глазной, так и при общей патологии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>PURPOSE</title><p>PURPOSE. To study the tear levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in glaucoma and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.</p></sec><sec><title>METHODS</title><p>METHODS. The study included 44 participants: 7 pregnant women with an uncomplicated physiological pregnancy, 12 patients diagnosed with moderate (8 women) and severe (4 women) preeclampsia, 19 pregnant patients with stage I–II chronic arterial hypertension; the comparison group consisting of 6 patients with advanced primary open-angle glaucoma hospitalized for surgical treatment due to uncompensated intraocular pressure. After standard ophthalmologic and obstetric examinations, tear samples were collected using an original sampling technique for analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. Tear VEGF levels were significantly higher in the preeclampsia group, in pregnant women with chronic arterial hypertension, and in patients with glaucoma compared with those with physiological pregnancy. Moreover, the indicator was higher in preeclampsia than in arterial hypertension. No statistically significant differences were found when comparing the preeclampsia and glaucoma groups.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION. Tear VEGF levels are significantly elevated in preeclampsia and glaucoma. Tear VEGF level shows significant differences between physiological pregnancy and pregnancy complicated by chronic arterial hypertension.
