Исследовать взаимосвязь между показателями тонометрии по Маклакову (с использованием грузов разной массы) и биомеханически скорректированными значениями внутриглазного давления (ВГД), полученными методом двунаправленной пневмоапланации, у пациентов после различных видов кераторефракционной хирургии (LASIK, FS-LASIK, ФРК)</p></sec><sec><title>МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МЕТОДЫ. В исследовании принял участие 61 пациент (121 глаз): контрольная группа (n=31) и три послеоперационные группы – LASIK (n=26), FS-LASIK (n=32) и ФРК (n=32). Всем пациентам выполнена тонометрия по Маклакову грузом 5, 10 и 15 г. С помощью Ocular Response Analyzer (ORA) определены роговично компенсированное ВГД (ВГДрк), ВГД по Гольдману (ВГДг), корнеальный гистерезис (КГ), фактор резистентности роговицы (ФРР) и коэффициент биомеханического напряжения (Kbs).</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Наиболее выраженные обратные корреляции между результатами тонометрии по Маклакову и показателями ВГДрк наблюдались в группе ФРК (r =-0,8 и r=-0,91 для грузов 5 и 10 г), в то время как в группе LASIK максимальная связь выявлена для груза 5 г (r=-0,85), ослабевающая с увеличением массы груза. В группе FS-LASIK значимые корреляции присутствовали преимущественно при использовании груза 10 г (r=-0,67). В контрольной группе груз 10 г не коррелировал ни с чем, тогда как грузы 5 и 15 г умеренно коррелировали с ВГДрк, ВГДг, ФРР и Kbs. КГ достоверно коррелировал только с грузом 5 г в группе ФРК (r=-0,491).</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. После LASIK и ФРК тонометрия по Маклакову с грузом 5 г обеспечивает наилучшую сопоставимость с биомеханически скорректированными значениями ВГД; после FS-LASIK предпочтительнее использовать груз 10 г. Полученные данные подчёркивают необходимость индивидуального подбора массы груза при тонометрии по Маклакову у пациентов с изменённой биомеханикой роговицы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>PURPOSE</title><p>PURPOSE. This study examined the relationship between Maklakov tonometry readings obtained using weights of different masses and biomechanically corrected intraocular pressure (IOP) values measured by pneumatic applanation tonometry in patients after various types of keratorefractive surgery (LASIK, FS-LASIK, and PRK).</p></sec><sec><title>METHODS</title><p>METHODS. The study included 61 patients (121 eyes): a control group (n=31) and three postoperative groups – LASIK (n=26), FS-LASIK (n=32), and PRK (n=32). All patients underwent Maklakov tonometry using 5-, 10-, and 15-g weights. Using the Ocular Response Analyzer (ORA), corneal-compensated IOP (IOPcc), Goldmann-correlated IOP (IOPg), corneal hysteresis (CH), corneal resistance factor (CRF), and the biomechanical stress coefficient (Kbs) were measured.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. The strongest inverse correlations between Maklakov tonometry and IOPcc were observed in the PRK group (r=−0.80 and r=−0.91 for the 5- and 10-g weights, respectively), whereas in the LASIK group the maximum association was found with the 5-g weight (r=−0.85), weakening as the weight mass increased. In the FS-LASIK group, significant correlations were predominantly observed with the 10-g weight (r=−0.67). In the control group, the 10-g weight showed no correlation with any parameter, while the 5- and 15-g weights demonstrated moderate correlations with IOPcc, IOPg, CRF, and Kbs. Corneal hysteresis correlated significantly only with the 5-g weight in the PRK group (r=−0.491).</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION. After LASIK and PRK, Maklakov tonometry using a 5-g weight compares the best with biomechanically corrected IOP values, whereas after FS-LASIK the 10-g weight appears to be preferable.
