Оценить морфологические особенности имплантации нового интрасклерального импланта (ИИ) из полиметилметакрилата в эксперименте ex vivo.</p></sec><sec><title>МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МЕТОДЫ. Эксперимент ex vivo проведен на фрагментах кадаверной склеры, выделенной из экваториальной зоны глаз доноров-трупов в возрасте 40–60 лет. В основную группу вошли 8 фрагментов склер, которым во время моделирования антиглаукомной операции (АГО) был установлен ИИ, группу контроля составили 8 фрагментов склер с АГО без импланта. В течение 6 месяцев проводилось органотипическое культивирование в стандартной среде в условиях нормотермии. На сроках 14, 30, 90, 180 дней из культивирования выводилось по 2 фрагмента из каждой группы для проведения сканирующей электронной микроскопии и иммуногистохимического анализа.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Результаты морфологических исследований позволяют заключить, что пребывание исследуемого ИИ в кадаверной склере не вызвало активного пролиферативного клеточного ответа на всем сроке наблюдения (до 6 мес).</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Разработанный ИИ из полиметилметакрилата перспективен для дальнейших клинических исследований в хирургии глаукомы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>PURPOSE</title><p>PURPOSE. To evaluate the morphological features of implantation of a new intrascleral implant (ISI) made of polymethyl methacrylate in an ex vivo experiment.</p></sec><sec><title>METHODS</title><p>METHODS. The ex vivo experiment was conducted on scleral fragments obtained from the equatorial region of the eyes of cadaveric donors aged 40–60 years. The study group included eight scleral fragments in which the ISI was implanted during simulated glaucoma surgery (GS), while the control group consisted of eight scleral fragments subjected to GS without implantation. Organotypic cultivation was performed in a standard medium under normothermic conditions for 6 months. At 14, 30, 90, and 180 days, two fragments from each group were removed from the culture for scanning electron microscopy and immunohistochemical analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. Morphological findings demonstrated that the presence of the investigated ISI in cadaveric sclera did not induce an active proliferative cellular response throughout the entire observation period (up to 6 months).</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION.
