Изменения глазной поверхности после различных видов антиглаукомных операций

Аннотация

В данном обзоре обобщены результаты исследований, посвященных анализу состояния глазной поверхности у пациентов с первичной открытоугольной глаукомой (ПОУГ) после антиглаукомных операций (преимущественно синустрабекулэктомии), а также влияние данных изменений на качество жизни. Уровень внутриглазного давления (ВГД) является единственным модифицируемым фактором в лечении ПОУГ. Как правило, в начале лечения ПОУГ применяют местные гипотензивные препараты, компоненты и действующие вещества которых могут влиять на глазную поверхность, зачастую приводя к ятрогенному синдрому «сухого глаза» (ССГ). Симптомы ССГ ухудшают качество жизни пациентов и снижают приверженность лечению, что, в свою очередь, негативно влияет на результаты лечения. Стоит отметить, что продвинутые стадии заболевания нуждаются в хирургическом лечении, которое, несмотря на малый временной интервал в сравнении с ежедневной местной терапией, также оказывает воздействие на состояние глазной поверхности.
